Aquire the Land

No two properties are the same. We have found that it is best to include us in your decisions of land acquisition as early in the process as possible. Bring us your own property or we can find you one.

Home Plan Design

We work with your overall budget in mind throughout this process. Once we establish the land portion of the budget it allows us to customize your floor plan either from our library of homes or start from scratch. See all Home Plans.

Customize Specifications & Finishes

This will allow us to complete the budget process and give you a full cost of your new Captial Custom Home.

Building Your Dream Home

Begin the Process

Our in-house design team can tailor a floor plan to your needs or help you choose one from our existing options. Once plans are finalized, we’ll assist you with selecting finishes for both the interior and exterior. Our preconstruction process ensures every detail is in place before building begins.
