This custom construction home offers a great gathering space for one or two families where the entire gang can enjoy a peaceful private place to stay to create lifelong memories. Located in the Edelweiss Club gated community at the top of Boyne Mountain. The world’s longest timber towered SkyBridge is located right up the hill. The Monument and Alpine golf courses are a short walk, and the Deer Lake beach is just down the road.

The space
Introducing Big View! This new built home offers a warm, cozy and relaxing atmosphere perfect for one or two families. Home has a gourmet kitchen with dining table for six. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, servers, platters, and basically everything you would need.
The primary fire-lit bedroom is on the main floor and offers a private deck with beautiful views.

The lower level offers three bedrooms, two king bedrooms, and an additional king bunk room with twin over/king.
There are two full bathrooms in the lower with one being a king private en suite.
Enjoy more comfortable furnishings and a second table and chairs for six. Perfect for games and overflow.

Guests have the entire home with two car attached garage. Garage has built in storage for all your ski and golf equipment.
