At Capital Custom Homes, we make it quick and easy to register your clients and protect your sale in any Capital Custom Homes Community for up to 60 days. If you cannot personally accompany your client to the model home please phone, e-mail or text the sales agent before your client’s first visit. Capital Custom Homes will allow your client to register you by presenting your business card or register your name and agency on the Visitor’s Registration Form at their first visit. It is the agents responsibility to follow up every 60 days to re-register client in order for Capital Custom Homes to honor agreement until Reservation is secured.

    The compensation offered to cooperating brokers is 3% of base price (excluding selling concessions, options, upgrades and site premiums). Commissions are earned and payable as of the closing date. If the closing does not occur for any reason, no commission will be due or paid to Realtor.
